VNC is on Street 454 in Toul Tom Poung — a well-connected residential and expat area south of the city centre. Easy PassApp or tuk-tuk from BKK1, Russian Market, Olympia, and central Phnom Penh. Your driver will know it. Four indoor courts on hardwood-style flooring. Fully air-conditioned. Full LED lighting. All courts permanently marked for pickleball — regulation kitchen zone lines, centre lines, and baselines. This is not an improvised badminton conversion. You are playing on a proper pickleball setup. Playing in Phnom Penh’s heat — especially March through May — is a serious endurance challenge. Outdoor sessions at 30°C+ deplete energy fast. Air-conditioned courts mean longer, higher-quality sessions. For players who want to improve quickly, this is the difference. VNC is the only Phnom Penh venue with structured pickleball coaching.
